So my new hero is
Allison Gannett. She is a great role model- into the outdoors and a long time advocate for greener living. She has turned her escape hybrid into a plug in and now gets over 100 mpg with plans to keep upgrading and get even better mileage. Just imagine if everyone had that kind of initiative! Let's hope that more of the big car makers of the world take note to all the people buying hybrids and even more importantly noticing all the people who just want better mileage from their vehicles. I recognize that not everyone needs to have a hybrid, but it does seem to be where cars are going in order to get the higher mileage. Now just imagine if one of these big car companies could take Allison's escape as a template and started mass producing them?
I'm getting off topic... back to why i'm loving Allison.... she has a solar margarita maker (what a super drink choice) and has a house made of straw... she does what she loves.. she plays hard outside but respects the planet and wants to make sure we all have a place to play in for centuries to come.
